flashworld cut & print tee
2024
an experimental garment intervention for flashworld, completed in miami. a recurring heart icon meets a minimal flame graphic, with altered sleeves, hem, and collar transforming the shirt into a sculptural form.

concept
flashworld lives in tension, between permanence and volatility, print and cut. the x-eyed heart motif anchors the brand, while a minimal flame expands its visual language. the shirt was designed not as merchandise but as an emblem of fearless play and intervention.

methodology
the piece was built in layers: first through graphics, then through cuts. the front carried the recurring heart icon, the back a flame and brand wordmark. sleeves, hem, and collar were physically reworked, destabilizing the silhouette into something new.

process
each stage of the build treated the garment as both canvas and object. print introduced the narrative symbols, while physical cuts shifted the body into performance. it blurred the line between apparel and artifact.

integration

impact
the tee marked flashworld’s first full garment intervention. it pushed the brand identity from graphic language into sculptural streetwear. the duality of heart and flame reinforced flashworld’s ethos: fearless, experimental, volatile.
